Wine Club FAQ

In which months are your wine club shipments released?

  • Bel Vino Red Club - January, March, May, July, September and November
  • Bel Vino Mix Club - February, April, June, August, October and December
  • Bel Vino Budget Club - February, April, June, August, October and December
  • Quarterly Red Club - February, May, August and November
  • Quarterly Mix Club - January, April, July and October
  • Quarterly Budget Club - March, June, September and December

How long do I have to pick-up my will call package?


Your wine will be available for pick-up from the winery for 45 days following the release date. If not picked up, your wine will be shipped to the shipping address on file. You will be billed applicable shipping fees.

What happens if I'm not available to sign for my wine club package and it is returned to the winery?


We can re-ship your wine if you would like and you will be billed applicable shipping fees. You also have the option to pick up your package from the winery.

Please Note: Someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package when UPS makes the delivery. UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver the package before returning it to the winery.  Shipping fees are typically between $15 - $20 depending on the shipping address.

When will my card be charged?


The credit card on file will be charged the first week of your release month. You may cancel in writing AFTER receiving two automatic shipments. Your notice must be received 10 days before the next release if you do not wish to receive that shipment.  Cancellations must be in writing (mail, email or fax).

How can I make changes to my wine club account preferences?


To make any changes to your wine club preferences including shipping address, delivery method, or billing information please send a change request to our wine club department:

How will I be notified about my wine club release?


You will receive an email (if provided) with upcoming wine club shipment information. It is our goal to serve you as best we can, so please let us know if you do not receive email prior to the shipment.

How many people can I bring in for wine tasting with my membership?


Red and Mix Club members receive up to a total of 4 complimentary wine tastings, per month. This includes members and guests (total of 4 people), 1 visit per week during our regular tasting room hours. You may purchase additional tastings for additional guests, prices may vary. Wine club members and guests may enjoy their wine tastings in the barrel room on the weekends. Wine club glasses are available for purchase.

Budget Club members receive 4 complementary wine tastings per month for the wine club member plus one other person.

*Members need to be present for friends to use complementary tastings.

Are children allowed at the winery?


Absolutely. We are a family owned winery and understand that you may like to bring your children to the winery; however wine club parties and events are reserved for those 21 and over (unless promoted otherwise).

Can I bring guests to the wine club parties?



Red and Mix Club members may bring a non-member guest, but each non-member will be charged $20 for the event.(Unless promoted otherwise)

What is the cancellation policy?


It is the wine club member's responsibility to notify Bel Vino's Wine Club Department to cancel or change billing and shipping information. The member may cancel their membership any time after they have received two automatic wine club releases, but cannot cancel any upcoming releases within 10 days of the billing cycle date.
