The 2010 Tatria is a Bordeaux style blend. Aged in French oak barrels for 22 months. This wine is deep and bold in color and retains flavors and aromas of blackberry, black currant and plum with hints of oak, mocha and leather. The blend, all estate grown, consist of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, and delivers an outstanding range of taste, aromas & texture.
Long Valley Red, 2010
The 2010 Long Valley Red is a Bordeaux style blend. This wine is deep and bold in color and retains flavors and aromas of blackberry, black currant and plum with hints of black olive an anise. The blend, largely estate grown, consist of 45% Cabernet sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 19% Cabernet Franc, 5% Malbec, 1 % Petite Verdot, and delivers an outstanding range of taste, aromas & texture
Medium to dark color presents aromas of cloves, cassis, with dark and jammy fruits of plum and blackberry fruits. This Bel Vino merlot was aged in French oak berrels for 22 months. Medium entry, soft, finishing into medium body and long finish.

This truly great California Malbec was hand crafted at Bel Vino's boutique family winery from high quality California grapes and aged in French oak barrels for 22 months. This wine has a deep ruby color, a nuanced aroma of dark fruit, plum & black currants, a supple entry and light spicy taste which develops into flavors of black cherry and dark plums. This wine pairs exceptionally well with red meats, marinara dishes, and other hearty, robust or spicy foods, and it is also excellent for sipping.
Cabernet Franc, 2010

This wine is a great California Cabernet Franc. Hand crafted at Bel Vino's boutique family winery from top quality California grapes, and aged in French oak barrels for 22 months, our 2010 Cabernet Franc has floral and tropical notes, with cherry and black currant tastes, a soft entry, with a medium body and a soft to supple finish. This wine pairs exceptionally well with red meats, marinara dishes, and other hearty, robust or spicy foods, and it is also excellent for sipping.
Cabernet Sauvigon, 2010
This wine is a great California Cabernet Sauvignon. Hand crafted at Bel Vino’s boutique family winery from top quality grapes, this deep purple vintage has concentrated aromas of plum, cassis, and black olive, with spice overtones from 22 months of French oak aging. The wine has a soft and supple entry with flavors of deep berry jam and spice nuances. This special Cabernet Sauvignon will reward further aging. Parirs well with red meats, marinara dishes, and other hearty, robust or spicy foods.
1 Unfiltered. Most large and many small wineries use filtration techniques to make their wine appear more clear, and they use filtering for other reasons which have nothing to do with making a better wine. From the wine drinker's perspective, filtering is employed primarily for esthetic reasons. While this may make for a more attractive product, Bel Vino winemakers understand that filtering strips red wine of its true character and actually removes a significant amount of the wine's aroma, texture and flavor. Our winemakers employ other more time consuming and expensive methods of getting our red wines as clear as possible, such as racking, cold stabilization, and other old-school and time proven techniques. Bel Vino proudly offers the highest quality in taste, aroma and flavor in our red wines by retaining the natural and unfiltered qualities of the wine.
2 French and American Oak Barrels. Oak plays a significant role in winemaking and can have a profound effect on the resulting wine, affecting the color, flavor, tannin profile and texture of the wine in the aging process. Oak wine barrels will hold 59 gallons or 295 bottles of wine. Each barrel will only impart its flavoring and texturing benefits to one vintage. After a given vintage has been aged that barrel may then be used for storage. But it will have very little if any additional effect on the wine's taste or quality. French oak generates silky tannins which can transmit a sensation of light sweetness combined with fruity flavors that persist in the mouth and floral aromas. Spices and toasted almond flavors may also be noteworthy. American oak tends to be more intensely flavored than French oak, with more tastes of sweetness and vanilla. French oak is generally considered to produce a higher quality wine, but in barrel form it typically costs up to 50 percent more than American oak.
3 Super Tuscan Wine. A Tuscan wine is one that comes from the Tuscany region of Italy, and this includes Sangiovese. The term "Super Tuscan" describes any Tuscan red wine that is blended in a way which does not adhere to the blending traditions of Tuscany. Super Tuscans are Tuscan wines which frequently use non-Tuscan grapes to enhance the wine's overall appeal and to improve the wine's taste, aroma and texture. Favorites for blending into the Super Tuscan are some amount of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, and this blending choice is used in Bel Vino's Sangiovese.
4 Meritage. Meritage is a proprietary, licensed term used to denote both red and white Bordeaux style wines which are produced from a blend of Bordeaux grapes which are grown and fermented outside of the Bordeaux region of France. A red Meritage wine must be made from a blend of at least two or more of the following Bordeaux varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petit Verdot or Carmenère, with no varietal comprising more than 90% of the blend. Meritage wines normally are produced at a low volume, typically at a boutique winery, and represent the respective winery's best wines.

Created from a blend consisting of: 55% Chardonnay, 35% Riesling and 10% Sauvignon Blanc, this wine exhibits hints of honeysuckle, peach and apricot. Its perfect balance of sweetness and rich white wine flavor makes this Bel Vino selection the favorite of a great number of female wine drinkers. Sauvignon Blanc, 2012

Produced from grapes grown on the Bel Vino estate vineyard, this clean and elegant wine invites with aromas of lemon grass, grape fruit and white peaches. In the mouth it turns dry and crisp with mouth watering acidity and flavors of green apple, citrus and passion fruit. So food friendly is this wine that it can set the tone for an entire meal. This wine is produced from grapes grown in Southern California vineyards. Viognier wines sit at the center of the range of white wine tastes, putting them in a perfect balance between dry and sweet, and between light and fruity. Its relative sweetness is what creates this excellent balance. This light and crisp white wine has a great floral aroma and mouth feel, with subtle but pleasant flavor hints of peach, apricot and citrus. Our Viognier is an outstanding sipping wine which also pairs well with and enhances lighter foods. White Merlot, 2012

Produced from red grapes of the Bel Vino estate vineyard, this unique wine is a rosé (pronounced "rose a"). A rosé style wine is neither a red nor a pure white wine, but is made from red grapes. Our White Merlot was in contact with the red grape skins just long enough to produce a great rosé taste and to retain the traditional pinkish color of a rosé. This crisp, clean wine has a strawberry aroma and is charged with the flavors of cranberry and raspberry. It is the favorite of a great number of female, sweet wine drinkers. Our White Merlot is an outstanding sipping wine which also pairs well with and enhances a wide range of foods. Field Blend 2012
This truly great white wine blend was hand crafted at Bel Vino’s
boutique family winery from high quality California grapes.
This vintage is 65% Riesling and 35% Chardonnay. It has floral,spicy and tropical aromas of papaya and mango, then resolves into luscious tropical flavors that are long, lingering and with a slightly sweet finish.
Southern California's Best Port/Dessert Wine
Port - Zinfandel, 2004 thru 2008

This Port dessert wine is produced from Zinfandel grapes grown on the Bel Vino estate vineyard. This is a perfect dessert wine and the best in Southern California. With an amazing nose, this selection is pleasantly surprising and has a bursting, peppery finish surrounded by a heavenly kiss of honey that slowly oozes from your lips and the insides of your cheek. If that wasn't amazing enough, pouring it over a vanilla ice cream pairing places the Bel Vino Port star on the Hollywood walk of fame! The Bel Vino Port is one of the very few true Ports made in the United States.* It is aged in top quality oak barrels for many years prior to bottling. These Ports retain their full quality even after being open for an extended time. Bel Vino Ports are also available in vintages dating back to 1998, though at higher prices than these vintages.
*The term "Port" with regard to wine is a legal designation. Port is a specific style of wine that originated in Portugal. It is a wine that retains some amount of natural sweetness and to which is added some amount and type of alcoholic fortifier. Like the term "Champagne", international laws and agreements regulate and restrict who can make Port and use that term. Bel Vino's Port under our Stuart Cellars line is one of the very few true Ports made in the U.S. and which is legally entitled to use that term. Port is typically used as a dessert wine, either stand alone or as a fabulous mixer with ice cream, chocolate, cake and many other desserts.
