Dolce is a semi-sweet red wine hand crafted at Bel Vino's boutique winery from top quality California grapes and aged in oak barrels for 22 months. The wine has a pleasant sweetness level with flavors & aromas of black cherries and plums, and a lush mouth feel. Oak aging brings in flavors of oak, dark chocolate, vanilla and spice. This is a great sipping wine that serves very well slightly chilled at 60-65 degrees F., and it may be served at room temperature.
