Wine Club FAQ

We do not ship your wines unless you ask us to.
We can re-ship your wine if you would like and you will be billed applicable shipping fees. You also have the option to pick up your package from the winery.
Please Note: Someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package when UPS makes the delivery. UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver the package before returning it to the winery. Shipping fees are typically between $10 and $25 depending on the shipping address.
The credit card on file will be charged the first Friday of your release month. You may cancel in writing AFTER receiving three automatic shipments. Your notice must be received 30 days before the next release if you do not wish to receive that shipment. Cancellations must be in writing (mail, email). Emails can be sent to email@example.com.
To make any changes to your wine club preferences including shipping address, delivery method, or billing information please send a change request to our wine club department:

You will receive an email with upcoming wine club shipment information. It is our goal to serve you as best we can, so please let us know if you do not receive email prior to the shipment. Oftentimes emails get sent to your junk folder, so please check that before contacting us.
You get 12 Complimentary tastings per month. One tasting or glass per person per day. You may purchase additional tastings for additional guests, prices may vary. Wine club members and guests may enjoy their wine tastings in the wine club lounge on the weekends. *Members need to be present for friends to use complementary tastings.
Absolutely. We are a family owned winery and understand that you may like to bring your children to the winery; however wine club parties and events are reserved for those 21 and over (unless promoted otherwise).
Members may bring a non-member guest, but each non-member will be charged for the event.(Unless promoted otherwise)
It is the wine club member’s responsibility to notify Bel Vino’s Wine Club Department to cancel or change billing and shipping information. The member may cancel their membership any time after they have received three automatic wine club releases, but cannot cancel any upcoming releases within 30 days of the billing cycle date. All Cancellations must be writing. An email is acceptable.
